ABOUT THE CAMP

The Unzip Your Game Basketball Camp invites boys and girls, ages 8-14, to learn the fundamentals of basketball and sharpen their skills. Training will focus on mechanics and drills for ball handling, defense, passing and shooting. Students will also participate in 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 5 on 5 play, and receive instruction on rules of the game. Our trained Unzip Your Game coaches will educate and motivate campers to strengthen their basketball skills.

Unzip Your Game constantly stresses the importance of stretching, as there are many injuries in basketball, i.e. torn muscles and sprains, that can be avoided with proper stretching techniques. We identify weaknesses and give students the tools to practice properly, and use them to elevate their game both in and out of basketball season. Ricky enjoys working with students of all ability levels and is passionate about ensuring that kids receive quality training and instruction early in life so that they can become confident and successful athletes.
